With the 2026 World Cup approaching, the global music industry is preparing for one of the largest cultural moments of the decade. tapyoca is launching One World 2026 to ensure independent artists are part of that moment — connecting their music directly with fans in real-world environments.

A New Fan Channel for Independent Artists
As the global music industry continues to evolve beyond traditional streaming and sync pipelines, tapyoca is emerging to connect artists directly with fans in real-world environments. Through its Tap-To-Play™ FanCard platform, tapyoca enables artists to share music, content, and experiences directly to fans through a physical-to-digital interaction—bridging discovery, engagement, and commerce.

Introducing One World 2026 by tapyoca
tapyoca is launching One World 2026, a global music initiative designed to capture the cultural energy of the World Cup tournament through sound.

The project will feature a curated compilation of international sounds and voices distributed via 10,000+ tapyoca FanCards across over 85 hotels, restaurants, and tourism destinations throughout the New York / New Jersey host region.
Each FanCard connects users directly to a digital music experience, creating a new form of contextual discovery at scale

Open Call for Artists, Labels, and Representatives
tapyoca is now accepting submissions from US-based artists, labels, managers, and publishers.

Selected artists will receive:
Placement in the One World 2026 compilation
Distribution to a global audience during World Cup season
Promotional support across tapyoca’s campaign channels
A $500 cash award 
Performance opportunities and other prizes to be announced
This initiative is designed to highlight globally resonant, culturally reflective music across genres.

A Strategic Partnership with DISCO
To support submissions and discovery, tapyoca has partnered with DISCO as the Official Submission and Discovery Partner for the initiative.

Artists and representatives can submit directly through DISCO, ensuring a streamlined and industry-standard submission process.
