The solution: put the proof in the audio itself
SonicOrigin embeds an inaudible watermark directly into the recording. It survives transcoding, platform handoffs and clipping, and can be recovered from as little as two seconds of audio. It carries your ownership details, your AI training terms in machine-readable form, and a declaration of origin made at source. Not a blanket "no" to AI, but "this requires a licence, and here is who to ask." Not a detector's guess, but a statement from the one party who knows. A timestamped record anchors the declaration as evidence.
The marking goes deeper than the master. Individual stems, a vocal, a drum loop, a bassline, each carry their own watermark that travels into any remix, mashup or sample, still recoverable, still pointing back to you.
The outcome: provable is payable
A two second clip in dispute meets deterministic proof instead of a probabilistic match. An AI crawler meets a machine-readable licensing assertion instead of silence, converting free ingestion into a negotiation. A false AI flag meets declared provenance rather than an appeal ticket, and your release keeps its playlist position. A lifted drum break meets a stem carrying its own proof of origin. Not all technology is born equal
You will hear plenty of claims in this space. Ask the follow-up questions. Inaudible at what bitrate? Robust against what: a clean re-encode, or speed shift, pitch shift, added white noise, overlay music and a two second clip? Some of those happen naturally in distribution; the rest are what someone does when trying to strip a mark. Can it identify a single stem inside a finished mix? And is it GPU dependent? We bet it is, and that compute bill is the difference between a demo and a technology that runs across your whole catalogue, daily, at indie prices.

Codecs from 1411 kbps down to 40 kbps. Full lossless masters down to below the lowest quality tier any DSP streams at. If the audio is worth listening to, the mark is still in it.
