Medallion is the app for fans to stay up to date with their favorite artists, log their shows and track their listening, all in one place.

The app for serious music fans
Millions of fans are using Medallion to keep track of their favorite artists, shows and listening - getting deep insights into their unique music history and taste.

Thousands of artists are using Medallion to connect directly with their biggest fans and generate net new revenue through Medallion FM, a paid subscription.

Artists
Medallion users can follow their favorite artists, showcase them on their profile, and stay up to date with show announcements, ticket presales, music - whatever the artists choose to post to the platform.

When a user follows an artist, that artist gets access to all data that Medallion has collected about the user - email, listening data, show history, social activity, and more.

Shows
Users can discover and RSVP to upcoming shows, log past shows, and even see what shows their friends want to go to with our Bandsintown integration. On Medallion each show gets a ‘page’ where fans can engage with other fans who are attending the same show.

Artists get data on RSVPs and can send attending fans push notifications about a show.

Music
By connecting their Spotify or Apple Music account, Medallion users can get their top artists, tracks, albums and genres updated daily.

Artists get real-time DSP listening data for any fans who follow them on Medallion and connect their DSP accounts.

Medallion FM - A subscription tier for your biggest fans
Medallion FM is a $4.99/month subscription focused on intentional listening and radical transparency (avail worldwide).

By stripping away the noise of AI, algorithms, and playlists, we’ve created a pure destination for exclusive music, video and more that cannot be found anywhere else.

Our user-centric payout model moves away from the unfair pooling systems of traditional streaming, ensuring that fans see exactly where their money goes. Medallion retains a 30% fee (which it splits 50% with the artist) while the remaining 70% goes to rights holders (masters and publishing).

Medallion average per stream rate since inception is $0.56 per stream.

How are artists using Medallion FM?
On Medallion FM, iconic artists can turn rare audio and video material into a premium, paid fan experience. Artists are curating high-value material that can’t be found anywhere else online.

Since Medallion FM launched in December 2025 (some examples):
- Sigur Ros utilized the platform for a month-long exclusive premiere of their ambient Takk…project
- Pixies and Tycho have transformed Medallion FM into a digital archive for unreleased live sets and unheard tracks
- UMI has been dropping raw demos
- Mac Ayres has been sharing exclusive show video

Unlocking new revenue for artists - a typical arena act can generate $250k+ new revenue annually from Medallion FM.
Artists are using Medallion FM to distribute material that either (a) they don’t want to distribute to DSPs because it distracts from maximizing streams and acquiring audience, or (b) doesn’t stream well because of how DSPs are structured and used. Medallion FM is used in a simultaneous strategy that is implemented in conjunction with the big streaming platforms.

Our user economics blow DSPs out of the water. By contributing rare material to Medallion FM and attracting the equivalent of 1% of their concert attendees or 1.5% of their DSP ‘superlisteners’ to the service, an artists can unlock 10% extra digital music revenue.

Keep up with Medallion!
