Tell us about what inspired you to work in the music industry, and how did it lead to the work you do today?

Music is the universal language of the heart, capable of transcending borders and connecting people worldwide. One day, I realized that I wanted to contribute to the industry by empowering artists and music owners, helping them connect with their audiences while ensuring they receive the benefits they deserve. This passion led me to build ANS Music, where I strive to create opportunities and support independent talent in making a lasting impact.

Is there a success story or career milestone that you are most proud of?

One of my proudest milestones was in the last quarter of 2024 when ANS Music achieved incredible revenue growth alongside outstanding customer satisfaction. This success reinforced our mission to empower artists and rights holders. Additionally, we are currently developing our own Music IP management system, designed to provide our clients, artists, and IP owners with a seamless music distribution experience. This innovation marks a major step toward streamlining operations and enhancing industry efficiency.

Are there any projects you're working on or company updates that you're most excited about?

One of the most exciting projects we’re working on is ANS Backstage by ANS Music, our very own Music IP management and distribution system. This platform is designed to provide artists, music owners, and clients with a seamless and efficient experience. We are incredibly excited about its potential to revolutionize how music rights and distribution are managed, making the process smoother and more transparent for everyone involved.

What's a lesson that you learned early on in the music biz?

One of the biggest lessons I learned early on in the music industry is that talent alone isn’t enough—strategy and ownership matter just as much. Many artists and music owners struggle because they don’t fully understand their rights or how to monetize their work effectively. This realization pushed me to focus on creating solutions that empower artists with knowledge, tools, and opportunities to take control of their careers and maximize their success.

Outside of your work in music, what are you into?

Outside of music, I’m passionate about exploring new technologies and staying ahead of the curve in the ever-evolving tech landscape. I’m a huge tech enthusiast and love learning about the latest innovations. Additionally, I have a deep love for traveling and have visited many countries, which has broadened my perspective and inspired both my personal and professional journey.

Any words of advise for rising music industry professionals?

My advice for rising music industry professionals is to stay curious, adaptable, and passionate. The music business is constantly evolving, and success comes not just from talent, but from being able to learn, pivot, and grow with the industry. Surround yourself with people who challenge and inspire you, and don’t be afraid to take risks. Most importantly, never lose sight of why you started—your passion for music is what will carry you through the toughest times.
