Legislative Wins That Matter

Advancing Key Bills: We championed the HITS Act, Protect Working Musician Act (PWMA), No FAKES Act, and Preventing Abuse of Digital Replicas Act (PADRA)—pushing vital legislation to protect creators and their rights.

CREATE Art Act: We introduced this game-changing bill to Congress, aiming to establish federal grant programs for emerging artists, empowering the next generation of creatives.

Live Ticketing Reforms: Secured critical wins, including a speculative ticketing ban, fair ticket refund practices, and transparent ticket price disclosure.

Copyright Royalty Board Reform: Partnered with DiMA to elevate blackbox concerns with the MLC, ensuring fairer distribution of royalties.

Protecting Artist Royalties: Blocked legislation mandating AM/FM radio in cars, sparking fresh conversations about closing loopholes that exempt terrestrial radio from paying royalties to artists and producers.
Championing Fairness
- Supported the FTC’s ban on junk fees, prohibiting deceptive practices in live-event ticketing and short-term lodging industries—a huge win for transparency and consumer trust.
